Suggestions
1. Start February 1st 2014 (or any start of the month or new moon)
2. Get a gratitude Journal
3. Every day write 100 things you are grateful for- you can do this
all at once or break it up during the day
4 Anything goes- you can be grateful for anything you choose
5. Be consistent- do this every day and see the difference.
I will be doing this challenge right with you, so please feel free to share your experiences and let’s get ready for a dramatic shift in our lives.
