Suppose you have joined a network marketing company today. Let's see what your earning potential is:

Suppose that every month only one person joins you. That person invites another person next month and so on.

In the first month only one person joins your business. Therefore, you have the total of two people. In the second month each of you joins another person. It now makes company of four people. In the third month the business grows to 8 people.  

After 5 months you will have 32 people in your network. However, personally, you added only 5 people to your company. After just one year you will have a chain of 4096 distributors. For example, even if we take an extreme case, where 90% of the members of the organization will retire from it, you stay with 410 distributors whose loyalty and reliability is very high.

What if every month you add three people instead of one? And imagine, if you add five people to the network?

Growth potential is enormous and your network can only grow and flourish. 

A few facts to think about... 

Nobody within your network is working for you.  You are not responsible for their income or for the people within the whole network. Each of them is an independent worker just like you.

The key to build a successful network is replication of the same exact process. MLM is a system that has everything set up for you. You don’t need to develop any training programs or “reinvent the wheel”. The only thing you need is to learn leaders’ theory of business in order to manage the network and apply to the network you are building.

People who are "below you" in the network can make more money than you. Think about it, in traditional business world there is no chance the common worker will earn more than the CEO. It sounds incredible yet surreal. But in network marketing there is an equal opportunity for anyone.

In Network Marketing the money is not paid based on the amount of people the distributor signed.  He receives commission based on selling a quality product. The position in the hierarchical ladder of the organization doesn’t matter. New distributor can have higher income than the distributor who signed him into the network.

Ignorance is depriving people from enormous financial potential!

By the end of the party, you should have moved all your pennies from your front pocket to you back pocket or vice versa.

For every compliment you give throughout the party, move the rubber bands from the right wrist to the left wrist. By the end of the party, you should have moved all the rubber bands from the right wrist to the left wrist or vice versa.

Hidden Causes of Nickel Allergy

Nickel allergy is a common reaction to minute amounts of nickel particles coming into direct contact with the skin and may include jewelry, watches, zippers, snaps and even eyeglasses. Approximately 10% of Americans have an allergy to nickel. Certain occupations result in habitual nickel exposure, which increases the risk of developing a nickel allergy. These include metal factory workers, hairdressers, tailors and restaurant workers.

Jewelry Not a Girl's Best Friend?

Because women tend to wear more jewelry, particularly costume jewelry which has a high nickel content, they are more commonly affected. Men rarely present with a nickel allergy unless developed through occupational exposure. A nickel allergy may arise at any age, and as with any form of allergy, the more often the exposure, the higher the risk for developing an allergy. As seen with other medical allergies, once a person is allergic, they are always allergic.

Eczema patients (or those with atopic dermatitis or other forms of chronic open skin rashes) are more prone to developing a nickel allergy as the nickel particles can gain better access to entering the bloodstream. Also, if nickel comes in contact with an open wound, this can act as a source of sensitization. Ear, nose and body piercings can ironically act as a major form of nickel sensitization. Use of stainless steel, medical plastic or medical titanium earrings are vital during the ear piercing process to reduce this risk.

Acting Rashly

Why does a rash form from exposure to nickel? Nickel sulfate is considered foreign by the immune system – much like the body would react to a germ. When one of these foreign substances comes into contact with the skin, the body reacts, causing a rash termed an "allergic contact dermatitis." There are many causes of allergic contact dermatitis but they share clinical similarities in the appearance of the rash. Inflammation leads to itching, redness, rough scaly areas, cracking and perhaps weeping or blistered skin.

Repeat insults result in repeat flare-ups. This explains why the earlobes for instance may only develop an itchy rash periodically when certain high-risk earrings are worn versus continuous daily problems with a wedding ring.

What Are the Symptoms of a Nickel Allergy?

People with a nickel allergy usually begin to develop a skin reaction within 12 to 48 hours after coming into contact with an item containing nickel. The symptoms of a nickel allergy include:

• skin rash or bumps
• redness or other changes in skin color
• dry patches on the skin that resemble a burn
• itching
• blisters (in very severe cases)

Nickel is also one of the main causes of a skin rash known as allergic contact dermatitis. Someone with a nickel allergy will almost always have a localized response following exposure to objects containing nickel. This means that the allergic reaction only affects the part of the skin that comes into contact with nickel.

Eating foods containing small amounts of nickel may also trigger an immune response that causes changes in the skin.

Allergic contact dermatitis causes the following symptoms:

• severe itching
• scaly, raw, or thickened skin
• dry, discolored, or rough skin
• warm, tender skin
• fluid-filled blisters

The rash usually lasts between two and four weeks after exposure.

In rare cases, a nickel allergy can also lead to respiratory problems, including:

• runny nose
• nasal inflammation
• asthma
• sneezing

Here are some precautions to follow to avoid nickel. 

For clothing, choose fasteners made of plastic, coated or painted metal, or some other material. A nickel allergy does not mean jewelry cannot be worn. One just has to be much more selective in choices -- make sure they are hypoallergenic, or made of stainless steel (although this contains nickel, it is so tightly bound that it cannot be leached out), solid gold (at least 12 carat), pure sterling silver, or polycarbonate plastic. However, if earrings must be worn that contain nickel, protect oneself with plastic covers made specifically for earring studs. Applying clear nail polish to earrings is another option of some use. Since perspiration dissolves nickel, some people have tried removing moisture by applying talcum powder to areas of the body in contact with nickel-containing items in the hopes of limiting the extent or degree of exposure. This is of little use.

Costume jewelry found to have high levels of toxins and carcinogens, tests show

(CBS News) Although low-cost jewelry might be saving you a buck, it might come at the cost of you or your children's health.

The Ecology Center, a Michigan-based non-profit organization that advocates for a safe and healthy environment, discovered through recently conducted tests that despite strict regulations, many pieces of costume jewelry contain high levels of unsafe chemicals including lead, chromium and nickel.

"None of these things are things you want to have your child exposed to," Dr. Kenneth R. Spaeth,director of the occupational and environmental medicine center at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, N.Y., who was not involved in the study, told HealthPop. "All of these are harmful. Some of them are known to be carcinogens. Many of these are known to be neurotoxic, meaning they can affect brain development."

For the Center's test, posted on HealthyStuff.org, researchers took samples of ninety-nine different children's and adult jewelry pieces from 14 different retailers from stores such as Ming 99 City, Burlington Coat Factory, Target, Big Lots, Claire's, Glitter, Forever 21, Walmart, H&M, Meijers, Kohl's, Justice, Icing and Hot Topic. Using an tool called an X-ray fluorescence analyzer, they checked for lead, cadmium, chromium, nickel, brominated flame retardants, chlorine, mercury and arsenic. Samples were collected from Ohio, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York and Vermont.

The researchers found that over half of the products had high levels of hazardous chemicals. Twenty-seven of the products had greater than 300 ppm lead, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)'s lead limit in children's products. Chromium and nickel, which often cause allergic reactions, were found in over 90 percent of items. Cadmium, a toxic metal that has been the basis for severaljewelry and toy recalls according to CBS News, was found in 10 percent of the samples.

"There is no excuse for jewelry, especially children's jewelry, to be made with some of the most well studied and dangerous substances on the planet," Jeff Gearhart, research director at the Ecology Center and founder of HealthyStuff.org, said in a written statement. "We urge manufacturers to start replacing these chemicals with non-toxic substances immediately."

Vision Boards, How to manifest your goals and ITF

What is a vision board?
A vision board is a collage of images that represent your dreams. It could be words, pictures, places, material things -all put together on a poster board or electronically made into a single image. The purpose of a vision board is to realize your future, and to activate the law of attraction and move from day dreaming to living your dreams.

What is the law of attraction? The law of attraction is simple – whatever you project energetically or put your energy towards whether that be positive or negative you will attract. What you project is what you receive. A vision board is simply to help set our intentions for the way we want to live, and for our brains to pick up on that and make it happen. For example: If you say “I will always be sick, I can’t seem to get better. I feel terrible, and I’m stuck.” Well guess what: You will be sick and you will be stuck. Your know theses people in your life. You brain hears whatever you say as truth. So your body isn’t going to work towards healing if you believe you will always be sick – it will work to fulfill that statement and make the thoughts match the reality.

The idea behind creating a vision board for yourself is to serve as a creative, daily reminder of the goals you wish to attain by tapping into the power of visualization. You may be wondering why going through the process of creating a vision board for your goals is worth your time, or why you would need to put something on your wall when you already have it in your head, but this is exactly the point. The vision board is meant to metaphorically bring your ideas for the future into reality, as a tangible object you can draw inspiration from every day.

Just as an athlete uses visualization to score a winning point, we can use a vision board to clearly "see" ourselves scoring our ideal career.

 How to Make a Vision Board

Step 1: Get a piece of paper and write down what you want. Hand write specific goals that you envision for your career, love life, marriage, school, health and wealth – all aspects of your life. If you are not sure yet, then write down all of the things that you believe will make you happy. For example, you can write about dream vacations, meeting great people, eating delicious food, etc. The sky’s your limit, and your personal power lies in your belief and emotional connection.
Step 2: Prepare all the materials you need to make your Vision Board/s. Scissors, magazines, photos, glue, cork/card board or what ever you want to use as a surface.  Remember, you can use the internet to find pictures to print and use.

Step 3: Paste/pin all the pictures, sayings, quotes, or what ever you have prepared. Put them in order of importance, or any other way you want to see them on your board. At the center you might even place a picture of yourself with a big smile so you will remember to smile when you see your board. Remember that you are not just putting up pictures, you are finding ways to create a different emotional state!
Step 4: Place your board/s in places that you will be able to see them everyday. Give yourself at least a minute (five minutes is better) each day to look at your board and find your attitude of gratitude. Imagine you have already acquired everything on your board. Close your eyes and visualize yourself clearly as the happy, grateful person that you want to be.
The fastest way to acquire the things on your vision board(s) is to visualize, be grateful, be happy and take advantage of the opportunities you have every day. The Law of Attraction will work for you, and you will begin to find the people, events, things and things that you want will move towards you as you move towards them.
At first, applying the Law of Attraction may seem hard, but as long as you keep your faith, as long as you find ways to be happy, as long as you are being grateful and as long as you are good to yourself and to others, you will receive what you desire.
